The modern kitchen, has full facilities for the perfect stay including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and has a deluxe central island unit with built in wine cooler, offering a social space for family and friends to spend time while dinner is prepared.   

 

The ground floor also offers a large comfortable seating area with a homely wood burning fire for those cosy winter evenings watching television, chatting or playing games with family and friends. The property has oil central heating.

 

Patio doors from the living area lead out onto raised decking with the luxurious hot tub.   Enjoy some well earned relaxation in the hot tub with a cold glass of wine whilst you look out over the rolling countryside. The Hot tub is also the perfect place to enjoy the impressive Radnorshire dark skies and stars.
